Leona Lewis turns to Hypnotherapy
August 23, 2009
StarPulse, IOL and other outlets are reporting that singer Leona Lewis is turning to Hypnotherapy to overcome her fears of performing live. According to the IOL piece her mentor Simon Cowell has arranged for her to see renowned UK Hypnotherapist Paul McKenna before her 14 month tour.
As regular readers of my blog know, Hypnotherapy is very, very good for calming nerves and overcoming stage fright, and other fears.
Former Spice Girls star Mel B underwent treatment to calm her nerves before starring in raunchy Las Vegas burlesque production ‘Peep Show’ earlier this year, and Eva Mendes had hypnotherapy to overcome her arachnophobia - an irrational fear of spiders - which started when she was a child.
In our office in Vernal we routinely help people with these kinds of issues. Call today for a free consultation.
